One of the US agencies originally reporting to hear news on July 2nd is reporting that after some internet problems, they finally got through to their rep who told them that the investigation is indeed over and that the court should have their decision by this Thursday.

Also, today another European agency announced that the investigation is over and the ban is lifted.

  1. The investigation has been over for a month, I think it's about time we start hearing about people passing court for a change, or at least getting new court dates!!!

  2. I agree... Everyday they set a new date for 'good news'. Friday, monday, wednesday and now thursday?? When will this nightmare end for real??

  3. State Department does not indicate the ban being lifted. It is really cruel for people to read their own interpretation into things and announce it as fact. The ban has NOT been lifted. Don't be a fool and let yourself believe this post.

  4. I believe that the first office to be aware of the ban was the Department of Children's Affairs. They confirmed the ban to my state senator about a week before the state department posted their alert. I think that it is true that the state department alerts are accurate but they are clearly delayed.

  5. I agree - I guess because they are accurate, I feel confident when they post something. So, how do we get in touch with the Dept of Children's Affairs? Do we call or email or does their website let you know?
