  5. We passed court today with an abandonment case. Three families with our agency had dates today and one tomorrow with abandonment cases. The other families have not yet heard whether they have passed or not. I am keeping them in my thoughts, and all of you who need to get through this.

  12. yes to all questions...
We did not have a MOWA letter until today or very recently. Our daughter was abandoned in Addis and she was staying in a non-government orphange. We had an original court date on 5/18 but today was the first time that we were able to actually go to court.
I understand that 2 weeks is a long time to wait...I am sorry. I hope that everyone on this board gets happy news very soon.
