Re-opening of the courts

At least two US agencies so far have announced that the courts have delayed their re-opening until Oct 12th or 13th due to training.

At least one US agency has announced that the court will be closed for another two weeks for training (no re-open date given)

1 US agency said recently that the courts will be opening back up on October 7th 2009.

  2. The latest one I've heard so far is October 16th. If it's true they're extending the closure, most people with court dates already (who have them the 6 though the 12 or 13) will need to be rescheduled.

  4. We've been told by our agency that they won't open until the 12th. The email said specifically the 12th, but it was a short email and could also be interpreted as "week of the 12th."
