The court has extended their closure due to training. Many with early October court dates have already been rescheduled for later in the month; the latest date I've heard so far is October 21st. Here are what agencies are saying about re-open dates (updated):

-In 2 weeks, no date given- 2 US agencies
-October 12- 2 US agencies
-October 13- 1 US agency

    Has anyone had their date rescheduled yet? Our date is for Oct 7th and has not been rescheduled. Our agency is still saying that at this point courts are reopening in time for our cases to be heard. Would love to hear if others have been rescheduled already.

    Sorry about that- just said that we were told the courts were closed an additional week for training and no official date was given as to when they would reopen. I think it is assumed that it will be the 12th, but that is just an assumption.

    We were scheduled for the 9th and today just heard that our new court date is the 26th.

    Courts open this week!!
    We are waiting to hear when our FOURTH court date will be.
    Our agency emailed me and said we should here Wed/Thurs.

    I am with AGCI and our court date is Wednesday, the 14th. Someone else in our agency had a court date of the 10th and it did not happen, but it has not been rescheduled yet.
